Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements...movement, breathing and meditation. Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance and full body awareness.

 

There is a saying that ‘sitting is the new smoking’. Our yoga poses are specifically chosen to benefit the desk worker and can be performed wearing comfortable work attire. The yoga sequence taught will be aimed at reducing tension in area of the spine impacted by long hours sitting or standing.
